My Parakeets :)


My Beautiful boy, Dudley Aaron, passed away on May 29, 2005. :( I miss him! He's my guy, my buddy, my best pal!

It just breaks my heart to lose him and my girl. They are my kids. Dudley loved his mommy (me) so much. He would only let me hold him...he'd cry if his daddy tried. LOL Funny but I liked it. :)

I remember the early days and when I'd come home from school (I've had him since I was a junior in high school) I'd pick him up and sit on the wing chair. He'd fall asleep on my tummy and I'd look down at him and fake sleep too...cuz I'd see him look and check on me. LOL I've written about him in my livejournal if you want to read more about him. It's just hard right now.

My gorgeous girl, Smokey, passed away on August 5, 2004. I miss her so much! We had such a wonderful bond. I miss holding her and how she'd nibble on my rings and then how she'd lean her head back towards me and kiss my lips. She was so much fun!!

Smokey would always work on her construction site. That's what we called it when she would chew on her bars. LOL She'd do summersalts in the corner of her cage (on the bars) and then go on her floor. Too cute! She'd also do cartwheels on the snack cup that was attached to her mirror. Smokey would also do headstands. When she had this one particular mirror, she'd hang upside down on it and would fall asleep. It was funny because you'd see her head start to slip into the snack cup deal and then she'd wake up enough to slide her head back up and then it would happen again. Reminded me of my Grandma and how she'd sit on the edge of the couch and kind of nod off but as her head would start to drop she'd lift it up again. LOL

Sparky Allen only lived for a year. :( He was a cutie-pie! :) He loved Doritos and he even got dorito breath. That was funny!! He also loved to play with my earrings.

It was hard when he passed away. He waited to pass away until after I got home from school so we could say goodbye to each other. <3

Mickey was hilarious!! He would constantly mimick my whole family. LOL So you really had to be careful of what you said because Mickey just might say it at the wrong time. ;) LOL He was adorable. We had him for 6 years.

Tweety was my very first budgie and she or he..lol was dark green. Very pretty (of course all my babies are pretty). I don't really remember much of her and I only have a picture of her cage because she moved out of the way when I was getting my picture taken next to her house. LOL Anyhow I was like very little when we had her so I don't remember much. :(
